When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, organization, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest (pre-contractual communication).

Platform accounts (app.dacs.finance)

If you create an account on the DACS platform, additional personal data may be collected as part of participant onboarding (identity, compliance documents). This processing is governed by the platform’s separate terms and agreements executed with your organization.

Server logs

Our web server automatically records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). These logs are retained for security and diagnostic purposes for a maximum of 12 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security).

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes. We do not use Google Analytics or any similar service.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This service may receive your IP address when your browser requests font files. No other third-party services are loaded on this site.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with:
