A security moves only to an account allowed to hold it. The check runs at every transfer, not only when the account opens.
Read-only supervision
Supervisors can be given read-only access to follow positions and instructions.
A record of every action
Every action is recorded with the person who made it and, where a second person is required, the person who approved it.
