What we collect

Contact form. Your name, organisation, email address and message, used only to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering a pre-contractual request.

Server logs. IP address, browser, pages visited and time, kept for security and diagnosis for at most 12 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Platform accounts. Accounts on the DACS platform are governed by the agreement signed with your organisation, not by this policy.

Cookies

dacs.finance sets no cookie and loads nothing from a third party. Fonts are served from our own servers.

Who receives your data

  • Google Cloud, which hosts the website, in Belgium.
  • Twilio SendGrid, which sends the email carrying your contact form message, in the United States. This transfer relies on Twilio Inc.'s self-certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission in Decision (EU) 2021/914 (Module Two, controller to processor), both incorporated in Twilio's Data Protection Addendum.
  • Google Workspace, which hosts the mailboxes that receive your message.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages: for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years after the last exchange. Server logs: at most 12 months.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for its portability, by writing to contact@p42.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
